The Warehouse Restaurant
About This Spot
Stepping into The Warehouse Restaurant, you’re instantly wrapped in an inviting blend of rustic charm and maritime ease that captures the spirit of Marina Del Rey. The pace here feels unhurried, the kind of place where the laughter of friends mingles effortlessly with the gentle hum of harbor life just beyond the windows. Whether you settle in on the sun-dappled outdoor patio overlooking yachts gliding through the marina or find a cozy nook inside amid walls adorned with vintage celebrity photographs, there’s an undeniable warmth in the air that makes every visit feel quietly special.
At its heart, The Warehouse is a casual yet thoughtfully crafted American spot where the love of good food and thoughtful drinks takes center stage without fanfare. The menu whispers stories of the sea and local zest—whether through a bowl of Chef Raul’s clam chowder rich with depth, fresh oysters that bring a briny brightness to the table, or a perfectly cooked New York steak paired with creamy garlic mashed potatoes. It’s a place where no meal feels rushed, and every dish invites you to slow down and savor the moment.
The bar offers its own kind of joy, with expertly mixed cocktails like their famed Mai Tais and bottomless mimosas setting the tone for easy conversations and quiet celebrations. There’s a sense that here, special occasions and casual afternoons alike are given the same thoughtful attention, creating a space where locals and visitors alike return time and again to find that perfect little spark of everyday delight.
Ultimately, The Warehouse isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a gathering place where the atmosphere tells a story as rich as the food, and where connections to place, history, and good company come beautifully alive. It’s the kind of spot you carry with you, the kind of place that feels like a little secret shared among friends who know how to appreciate life’s quieter, more joyful moments.

A fun restaurant located in Marina Del Rey offering an eclectic atmosphere and American food. It's located next to the pier so you get a good view of the water and yachts. We came in during the day on a weekend for lunch and there was no wait for the patio seating. If you come in for dinner, it's wise the make a reservation. The restaurant has a parking lot and the fee is $3.50 before 3 PM and $7.00 after 3 PM. The food is solid and has a big portion, so it's good value for the money. We ordered the stewed lamb chop and it was tender and delicious.

The food was delicious, spectacular sunset view of the marina, amazing drinks, and staff was attentive. We came for 10th anniversary and a birthday which included a complimentary dessert with a candle. This is my new favorite CA restaurant, I will definitely return for the filet and jumbo prawns!

I keep coming back here. It is a perfect spot to take out-of-town visitors, but we also love it just as much as locals when we want to treat ourselves and do something purely joyful. Every time I go, I notice something new, which makes it endlessly fun. The atmosphere is the real star. Old celebrity photos line the walls with genuinely impressive and recognizable faces. Feeding the fish is a must and adds to the playful, nostalgic vibe. There’s a gumball style machine for the fish food in the lobby that takes quarters. The decor is completely over the top in the best way. The cocktails are phenomenal. There’s often a photographer who takes your photo and sells you a printed copy. It is always a giggle, and even though we are locals, we somehow always end up buying them (hint: the drinks are strong) because it feels like being at a theme park. The food is good, but the atmosphere is spectacular. Outdoor seating has great marina views, but indoors is my favorite because it fully leans into the tiki bar experience. They also host events on different nights, and there is a room with a stage that sometimes has live music.

Is absolutely top-notch at this fantastic restaurant! Inside and out feels like an old rustic warehouse on the Bayou. The exterior dining area overlooks the marina, and the inside offers a romantic ambience. Food was absolutely fantastic! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and my children enjoyed Very inexpensive kids meals.

Took my beautiful better half here for the first time to enjoy lunch on the outside patio and she loved it so much she's already ready to go back! We ordered a couple of the famous Mai Tai drinks and they didn't disappoint one bit. Shoot we even order 2 more after the food was brought to the table. Now concerning the food it was just excellent and I mean we both enjoyed both dishes, but she saved a little to take home to eat it later. The mash potatoes were spot on I highly recommend ordering the mashed potatoes with whatever dish you're ordering you won't be disappointed!!! We definitely will be heading back here for lunch again real soon to try something else on the menu. If you plan on going to dinner I recommend that you set a reservation for you and your party especially if you want to sit outside on the patio because it's limited seating out there. Thinking about inviting my brother and his wife from Chino so we can take them there for dinner I'm sure that they will love it as much as we did.

Had a great dinner at the Warehouse Restaurant which has a unique island dock theme which is very cool. Food and drinks were delicious. We got the Calamari, Prawns, and Salmon.

I live locally here in Marina del Rey, so I have been wanting to try The Warehouse for quite some time. It’s located right on the water and has really unique indoor seating as well as heated outdoor seating with harbor views, which is where we sat for our dinner. All the heaters made it really warm, even though it was outside, and we had great views of the boats and the water behind the restaurant. One of my favorite things about living in Los Angeles is being able to eat outdoors at 7:30 at night in the middle of December and not be too cold. The only parking option will be valet for $7 and the inside of the restaurant is quite large and is divided into multiple sections. They also have a separate bar area as well. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out pretty fast. It’s important to note that they add a 15% service charge on top of your bill, but the servers only see about 1/4 of that. For this first visit, I started with the Fiji Louie Salad which is basically shrimp and crab, hard-boiled egg, beets, and a few other things in salad form, and I really enjoyed it. It was a large sized portion, so it was a great start to the meal. For my entrée, I chose the 16oz Prime Rib and honestly really liked it. It was cooked just as I ordered and I have zero complaints about it. I wish the horseradish sauce would’ve been a bit spicier but overall it was a really nice meal. I would definitely suggest to anyone searching for a dinner with great views or to any other local in the area.
